This Craigellachie is a Speyside single malt distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2024 at 13 years old. Duncan Taylor bottled it independently at a cask strength of 54.5%, in a 70cl bottle.
It is part of the Octave series, in which the whisky is finished for several months in sherry octave casks of about 50 litres. No colour is added and it is not chill filtered.
The notes bring together almond butter and Greek yoghurt with ground coffee and white pepper.
