Crater Lake Rye is an American rye whisky in a 70cl bottle. Its recipe uses a high proportion of rye, which gives it a sturdy, distinctive character, and it has a light amber colour with golden glints. On the nose it is spicy, with vanilla and honey. The palate balances rye spice against caramel and a little dried fruit, leading to a long, lingering finish.
