Creator's Cut is a Kentucky straight bourbon, made and bottled by hand and sold in a 75cl bottle. It is built around experiments with charred American white oak staves, which add body and bring out notes of maple syrup and dried citrus.
The brand's name comes from a folklore-inspired story in which the Devil and the Angels each claim a share of a heroine's batch, and she keeps one last bottle to rebuild the recipe.
On the palate there is cherry, wood and spice, with maple syrup and dried citrus alongside.
