Crema Pistacchio Bonollo (50cl)

This pistachio cream from Bonollo is silky and immediately present, with dense but fresh matter. Toasted notes and a light vanilla sweetness appear on the nose. On the palate it balances softness with a touch of savouriness recalling dried fruit. The sip is round, enveloping and clean, with a persistence of pastry cream and toasted peel rather than excess sugar. It can be enjoyed neat, slightly chilled or over ice, and used in desserts and creamy cocktails. The 50cl bottle makes dosing easy.
