A sparkling wine from Bordeaux made mainly from Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. It has a bright golden colour with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose brings delicate citrus, green apple and floral notes, alongside toasted bread and hazelnut from long ageing on the lees. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with an elegant structure, creamy texture and a delicate mineral finish. It works well as an aperitif and with fish, seafood and light starters.
