Crémant de Bordeaux Nature - Chateau Rioublanc

A traditional-method Crémant de Bordeaux from Chateau Rioublanc, made without dosage additives. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour with golden reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. The nose brings fresh citrus, white-fleshed fruit such as peach and light white flowers. On the palate it is creamy and balanced, with lively acidity, fresh fruit and a slight minerality leading to a clean, refreshing finish. Suited to an aperitif or light dishes such as seafood, sushi and fish carpaccio.
