Crémant de Bourgogne Extra Brut - Chartron et Trébuchet

A dry, sober sparkling wine from Burgundy, made by Chartron et Trébuchet in the Extra Brut style. It shows a fine perlage and a bright straw-yellow colour, with discreet notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus peel and small flowers. The palate is clean and direct, with balanced sapidity and acidity, good persistence and a clean, dry finish. Serve chilled, but not too cold, so the aromas are not flattened. It suits an aperitif and light seafood starters, crustaceans, sushi, fish dishes, fresh cheeses and delicate preparations.
