Crémant de Savoie Blanc Extra Brut Andre et Michel Quenard

A Crémant de Savoie Blanc Extra Brut from Andre et Michel Quenard, produced in the Savoie tradition with modern methods. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour with golden reflections and a persistent mousse. The nose offers white flowers, citrus and white-fleshed fruit such as pear and green apple. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with fine persistent bubbles, fruity notes, pleasant acidity and a mineral component typical of Savoie wines. It works well as an aperitif and pairs with fish starters, shellfish and salmon tartare.
