Creyente Mezcal Añejo Cristalino (75cl)

Creyente Cristalino Añejo is a mezcal from the Valles Centrales and Sierra Sur regions of Oaxaca, Mexico, made from handpicked Espadín and Cuishe agaves. The agave hearts are cooked in underground pit ovens and crushed with a tahona stone wheel. After fermentation and double distillation in copper pot stills, the mezcal is aged in new American oak casks. A proprietary filtration process before bottling leaves it clear. Soft hints of smoke mingle with sweet undertones of fresh citrus, herbs and spice.
