Crnogorski Val Brut Plantaze

Crnogorski Val Brut is a sparkling wine from Montenegro, made by Plantaze. It is produced by the Charmat method, giving fine, persistent bubbles and a bright, clear appearance. The nose offers fresh, fruity aromas of green apple, citrus and delicate white flowers. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with good acidity and a pleasantly dry finish. It suits aperitifs, fish and shellfish dishes, or a relaxed evening.
