Croix Milhas Banyuls

Croix Milhas Banyuls is a sweet fortified wine from Roussillon, in the Banyuls Traditionnel style, made from Grenache Noir and Grenache Gris. Fermentation on the skins lasts 14 days with daily pumping over, and the wine then spends four years in large oak casks, developing in a naturally oxidative environment. It is leather-coloured with a red core. The nose offers nuts, almonds, dried fruit and a little pepper. The palate is mild and soft, with hazelnuts and clean red fruit.
