Crossbill Staghorn Sumac Gin is a limited edition, distinctly dry gin in a 50cl bottle, bottled at 46% vol. Fresh staghorn sumac, foraged in New Hampshire, is flown to Scotland and infused with fresh Scottish juniper.
The gin is unfiltered, so a little natural sediment may appear. It has a crisp citrus burst and a subtle tang that lifts the botanicals, and it is made without artificial ingredients. It can be served neat over ice or with tonic water.
