Crow is a Kentucky straight bourbon aged for three years and bottled at 43% ABV, in a 750ml bottle.
It is an easy-drinking style, suited to cocktails as well as everyday sipping.
Vanilla, caramel and toasted oak come first, with a light spice through the middle of the palate, then some subtle dried fruit and a touch of honey. The finish is warm and mellow, with a lingering sweetness.
