Crown Royal Blenders' Mash is a Canadian whisky at 40% ABV, in a 750ml bottle. It was the first release in the Crown Royal Blenders' Series, in spring 2018, made by the Crown Royal blending team to celebrate the craft of Canadian blending.
It puts the spotlight on the corn-forward component whisky at the heart of the Crown Royal blend, distilled at Gimli, Manitoba. The whisky was aged in new charred American oak and ex-American whiskey barrels. It first launched as Crown Royal Bourbon Mash before being renamed.
The nose is warm vanilla with ripe apple, pear and buttery toffee. The palate is creamy vanilla with allspice and toasted oak, and the finish is sweet caramel.
