Crown Royal Golden Apple is a Canadian blended whisky made from whiskies aged for 23 years, paired with the taste of Golden Delicious apples.
Crown Royal's first blend was created from 50 select whiskies to mark the 1939 tour of Canada by King George VI and Queen Elizabeth. A bottle of it travelled on the Royal train that year. The brand still presents itself as a smooth Canadian whisky with a regal style.
