Crown Royal Marquis is a blended Canadian whisky bottled at 40% ABV. Grain whiskies, mainly corn and rye, are distilled separately, aged in oak barrels and then blended.
It is a softer, gently sweet expression within the Crown Royal range, with a creamy character.
The nose offers soft vanilla, light caramel, toasted grain and a hint of orchard fruit over subtle oak. On the palate it is silky and rounded, with vanilla custard, honeyed corn sweetness, gentle rye spice and light butterscotch. The finish is clean and smooth, with lingering sweetness, mild spice and soft oak.
