Crown Royal Vanilla Canadian Whisky (75cl, 35%)

Crown Royal Vanilla is a flavoured Canadian whisky bottled at 35% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It starts from Crown Royal's signature blend of around fifty Canadian whiskies, made at the Crown Royal Distillery in Gimli, Manitoba, and infuses it with natural Madagascar Bourbon vanilla. The vanilla is the plant variety, not bourbon whiskey. The brand was created in 1939 to honour the visit of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth to Canada. The tasting notes describe rich vanilla bean with delicate hints of oak on the nose, a viscous, warming palate with crème brûlée notes, and a creamy vanilla finish with a smooth, light whisky close.
