A 2023 red wine from Ca' Del Bosco, Corte del Lupo, in the Curtefranca DOC. It has medium-intensity ruby colour, with ripe red fruit, light floral notes and integrated spice on the nose. The palate is savoury and harmonious, with lively acidity, smooth tannins and fruity returns. Versatile with moderately structured red meats, medium-aged cheeses and mushroom dishes. Serve slightly cool, around 16-18 C, and open a few minutes before serving.
