This is a 15 year old Irish single malt from Cut Your Wolf Loose, led by Seb Woolf, released with Three Dogs as release number 18. It was distilled on 29 January 2002 and bottled on 10 September 2025 at a cask strength of 56.9%, with natural colour and without chill filtration.
The whisky matured in a bourbon hogshead and was bottled as 209 bottles in 70cl size.
The nose offers apples and pear tarte tatin under icing sugar, with honeycomb, malt biscuits and a gentle waxy note. Thick, chewy malt, floral honey, baked apples and poached pears follow on the palate. The finish is long, warm and gently peppery.
