Cutty Sark is a blended Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% vol. It is a marriage of grain and malt whiskies, with a Glenrothes single malt as the main component.
The brand takes its name from the sailing ship Cutty Sark. Vanilla leads its flavour.
The nose is fine and slightly sweet. The palate is balanced and fresh, with vanilla, citrus fruit, a little vanilla cream and sweet caramel. The finish is long.
