Cutwater Devil's Share is a California small-batch bourbon, distilled and bottled in San Diego by Cutwater Spirits. It is aged for four years and bottled at 46% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
Only the heart of each small batch is selected. The bourbon matures in virgin, heavily charred American oak barrels.
The nose opens with cinnamon, tobacco leaf, toasted oak and vanilla. The palate is robust and earthy, with caramel and vanilla cream through a malt-tinged middle. The finish is long and warming, with lingering spice.
