Cutwater Spirits – Devil's Share Single Malt Whiskey (46%)

Devil's Share is a single malt whiskey from Cutwater Spirits, bottled at 92 proof, which is 46% alcohol by volume. It is made from pure brewer's malt, distilled in small batches for close control over purity, and aged in virgin, heavily charred American oak barrels. It is described as distinctly sweet, rich in woody caramel and vanilla, with hints of cinnamon, cardamom and licorice. Cutwater suggests it in an Old Fashioned, with a brown sugar cube, Angostura bitters, a large ice cube and lemon and orange zest.
