Cuvèe dei Frati Metodo Classico Brut (37.5cl)

A sparkling wine from Cà dei Frati, made by the traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose brings green apple, citrus, floral notes, toasted bread and dried fruit from at least 24 months of bottle ageing. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with lively acidity, fruity flavours, yeast notes, a creamy texture and a long, clean finish. Suited to an aperitif or with fish and lightly spiced ethnic dishes.
