Cuvée dei Frati Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero

A sparkling wine from Cà dei Frati, made in the Lugana area south of Lake Garda. It is produced solely from Turbiana, the local grape, and aged for a long time on the lees. With no added sugar after disgorgement, it shows vibrant freshness and clean flavour. White flowers, toasted almond and a delicate minerality recall the lake soil. On the palate it is elegant, with persistent bubbles and a savoury note that invites another sip. It suits an aperitif, delicate fish dishes, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
