A rosé from Tramin with a pale, bright pink colour. The nose is fragrant, with fresh red fruit, small red berries and floral hints, clean and approachable.
On the palate it balances acidity and moderate body, with flavours recalling cherry, strawberry and citrus, plus a light savouriness on the finish. The tannins are absent or very light, and the wine is best enjoyed young and well chilled.
It pairs with light dishes such as salads, seafood starters, vegetable and fresh cheese dishes.
