Cyrus Noble Bourbon Whiskey is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle for Haas Brothers of San Francisco. The Cyrus Noble name first appeared on whiskey in San Francisco in 1871, and Haas Brothers have held the trademark since 1934.
The mash is 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley. According to the brand, it is aged for five years in ISC char #3 barrels and bottled in small batches.
The palate is rich and velvety, with caramel, toasted hazelnut and buttery toffee. Soft oak, nutty depth and mellow spice carry through the finish.
