Cyrus Noble Small Batch Bourbon is a Kentucky-distilled bourbon aged for five to six years in American white oak barrels in San Francisco. The mash is 75% corn, 17% rye and 8% malted barley.
The Cyrus Noble name goes back to 1871, when the Freiberg-Workum Distillery on the Ohio River commissioned a bourbon under the name of its superintendent, Cyrus Noble.
On the palate it is described as caramel, hazelnut and toffee.
