Cyrus Noble Small Batch is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is named after Cyrus Noble, a 19th-century gold miner who became a successful businessman.
The mash is made from corn, rye and malted barley, and the whisky is aged in charred oak barrels.
The nose is usually described as honey, brown sugar and dried fruits. On the palate come caramel, vanilla and oak, with sweetness and spice, toasted grain and a faint smokiness. The finish is warming and lingers.
