Rock Oyster is a blended malt Scotch whisky from D.Laing's, in a 70cl bottle. The blend draws on malts from the Scottish islands, known for smoky, salty character. The nose is maritime, with peat smoke and a light vanilla sweetness. The palate opens with black pepper and spice, then seaweed and a thin line of citrus. The finish is long, with a fresh, sea-air aftertaste.
