Dad's Hat Classic Rye Whiskey

Dad's Hat Classic Rye is a small batch Pennsylvania rye whiskey made from rye grain and malt only. It is aged for at least six months in charred new oak quarter casks, a method that lets the rye character develop quickly. The spirit is described as smooth, with the up-front spice typical of rye and a full, round mouthfeel. The nose is floral and spicy. The palate carries spice at the front and back, with cinnamon in the middle, over dried fruit, black cherry, tobacco, vanilla and oak.
