Dad's Hat Maple Syrup Cask Finished Rye is a Pennsylvania rye whiskey from Dad's Hat, the Mountain Laurel Spirits label in Bristol. It is bottled at 90 proof in a 75cl bottle.
The whiskey is double-finished. Dad's Hat Classic Rye is aged a second time in barrels that previously held maple syrup made on local farms. This adds a distinct but subtle edge, and nothing artificial is added to the flavour.
