This is a 12-year-old Daftmill from the Lowlands, made on a family farm and released as the Winter Batch. It was distilled in December 2011 and bottled in 2024 at 46%, from first-fill bourbon barrels, in a limited edition of 7,500 bottles.
The barley was Publican, harvested by the family in August 2009 and malted in the summer of 2010 at Crisp Malt in Alloa. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
