This is a single cask Daftmill, distilled in the summer of 2009 and released in spring 2023 as a UK exclusive. It was made with Optic barley grown on the Daftmill South fields and malted in Alloa in the summer of 2007.
The spirit matured for 13 years on the ground floor of the distillery's dunnage warehouse, in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt. It was bottled in 2022 at natural cask strength, 60.2%, with 630 bottles filled.
