A 15-year-old single malt from Daftmill, one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland. The Lowland, family-owned producer makes its whisky in tiny quantities from organic barley grown on its own land.
The spirit was distilled in June, July and August 2009 and bottled in December 2024 at 56.3% ABV. It was drawn from 20 casks: nineteen first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and a single PX sherry butt.
It is described as a creamy whisky, with notes of buttery shortbread, crème brûlée and stewed fruit.
