This is a single cask single malt from Daftmill distillery in Fife, matured in an ex-Oloroso cask from 2009 and bottled at 61.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Cask 29 gave 629 bottles, released exclusively for the UK market.
Daftmill releases are usually ex-bourbon casks, so a sherry cask is an unusual sight from Francis Cuthbert, the farmer who does a bit of everything at the distillery.
