Daftmill – 2010 12 Year Old Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch

This is a 12-year-old cask strength single malt from Daftmill, a small family-run Lowland distillery on a working farm in the Howe of Fife. It is from the 2010 vintage. Daftmill uses barley grown entirely on the farm and water from a spring on the property. Distilling takes place only in the quieter farming periods, typically summer and winter, so output is small. The Cuthbert family chose to age its whisky for over a decade, and the first bottling was released in 2018.
