This is the Daftmill Winter 2024 release, a single malt distilled in December 2011 from the distillery's own barley. It is bottled at 46% ABV.
The whisky matured for 12 years in first-fill bourbon casks. The release is limited to 7500 bottles.
On the palate it shows baked apple, spice, caramel, vanilla and citrus zest, in an elegant and refined character.
