This is a Lowland single malt Scotch whisky from Daftmill Farm Distillery in Fife, where the whisky is made from barley grown on the family farm. The Summer Batch was distilled in July 2013 from Concerto barley and bottled in June 2026. It was drawn from 14 first-fill barrels.
The nose has fresh barley, pear, green apple, vanilla and delicate floral notes. The palate brings honeyed malt, orchard fruit, vanilla, citrus and gentle oak spice. The finish is smooth, balanced and lingering, with soft malt sweetness and subtle oak.
