A 16 year old Dailuaine from Speyside, distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2025 by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society as cask 41.163, in a 70cl bottle. It matured in an ex-bourbon hogshead and was then finished in a first fill ex-Oloroso hogshead, and 252 bottles were filled.
The tasting panel found it reminiscent of a balsamic, black pepper, strawberry and rhubarb crumble. On the palate it recalled a dark 'n' stormy cocktail made with spiced rum and ginger beer, with cinnamon buns and maple syrup also noted.
