Daishinsyu 'Equilibrium' is a Junmai Daiginjo sake from a well-regarded brewery in Nagano, Japan. The brewery's first toji has been called the father of sake brewing, and this bottle is a showcase for the skill of its brewers. It comes in a 720ml bottle.
It is elegant and luscious, with aromas of pineapple, rose and coconut cream, and a balanced character throughout.
