Dalho Strawberry Soju is a flavoured, Korean-style soju from Sazerac, the strawberry bottling in the Dalho range, which launched in August 2026 as the company's first soju. It is distilled from grain, with natural flavours, and comes in a 375ml bottle at 17% ABV.
The name joins the Korean words dal (moon) and ho (tiger), and a tiger appears on the label. It is meant to be served well chilled, in a small glass with food, or used as a lighter base in cocktails.
Ripe strawberry comes first, bright, juicy and lightly candy-sweet, over a clean grain base. It finishes smooth with a gentle warmth.
