A 38 year old single malt from Dallas Dhu, the Moray distillery near Forres that was built in 1898 and closed in 1983. It was distilled in 1981 and bottled on 16 December 2020 by Gordon & MacPhail for their Private Collection.
The whisky matured in a refill bourbon barrel, cask 1162, and was bottled at 60.1% ABV from a release of 184 bottles. This version is a 100ml sample.
