This is a centenary bottling of Dallas Dhu, made for Historic Scotland to mark the distillery's 100th birthday in 1999. The dates 1899 to 1999 give the edition its name. By then the distillery had been closed for sixteen years, and Historic Scotland had reopened it as a whisky museum. The whisky comes from a single cask, number 262, and each bottle is individually numbered. This one is bottle 27 of 438, in a 70cl size.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
