This single cask Dalmore was distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2026 by Signatory Vintage after 12 years. It was finished in a first fill sherry butt, which gives it a pronounced sherry character, and it is bottled at a cask strength of 54.1%. The label shows the Kirsch Dragon motif, and the 678 bottles come in a tube. It is non-chill-filtered and has no colouring added.
The nose combines cherries, chocolate and sherry sweetness. On the palate Oloroso sherry and dark chocolate lead, with firm spice. The finish is long and dry, with roasted coffee and lingering sherry.
