This is a single malt from Dalmore, distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2021 by Adelphi at 54% ABV after 14 years of maturation. It was matured entirely in a refill Oloroso hogshead, and 291 bottles were filled.
The colour is copper gold. The nose is savoury and earthy, with miso paste, beef jerky, sticky ribs and a whiff of machine oil. The palate is very well textured, with creamy sweet meringue and a herbaceous length.
