This is a 15 year old single malt from Dalmore, in a 70cl bottle. The first 12 years of its maturation took place in American white oak casks that previously held bourbon.
The whisky then moved into three different sherry casks for further maturation: Amoroso, Apostoles and Matusalem Oloroso. Flavours are described as mandarin, vanilla, ginger and crushed apples.
