Dalmore 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured first in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then finished in three sherry casks from González Byass: Apostoles, Amoroso and Matusalem Oloroso.
It was designed to show balance and depth rather than power. Tasting notes describe orange zest, dried fruits and dark chocolate, followed by warm spice, toffee and roasted nuts, with a long finish.
