Dalmore 18 Year Old 'The Inventors' is a Highland single malt distilled in April 2007 and bottled in April 2025. Drawn from a single hogshead, it was bottled at its cask strength of 47.4%, with 275 individually numbered bottles. This first release in The Inventors series celebrates James Watt.
The nose brings vanilla, fig cake, orange peel, Christmas pudding and marzipan. Raisins soaked in sherry, chocolate, Victoria plums and maraschino cherries shape the palate, followed by demerara sugar, dark chocolate, orange peel, ginger cake and sugared almonds.
