This is a 26-year-old Dalmore single malt, distilled on 24 November 1981 at the distillery in Alness, on the banks of the Cromarty Firth overlooking the Black Isle. The name comes from the 'big meadowland'. The whisky first matured in American white oak bourbon barrels, then received an intense finish in Amoroso sherry casks from Gonzalez Byass. It was bottled at 42% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with an outturn of 484 bottles.
