Dalmore '2009 Vintage' 15 Year Old is a limited edition single malt from the Highlands of Scotland, part of The Dalmore's Vintages Collection of annual hand-selected casks. It is bottled at 48.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle, non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky matured for 15 years in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, enhanced by Matusalem sherry casks and Graham's 10-year-old Tawny Port pipes.
The nose offers Manuka honey, dark plum, cracked black pepper and clove. Morello cherries, dates, candied Seville orange and fresh figs lead the palate, and the finish brings plum, ginger cake and roasted chestnut.
